How do I join Club Betfair?

Step 1: Kick things off by tapping 'Join the Club'

Step 2: Browse your weekly rewards and choose your favourite one.

 

Step 3: Bet the required amount on any market from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 (UTC) Sunday to qualify.

Step 4: Get your chosen reward on the following Monday!

 

Do all my bets count towards qualification?
No, placed bets must follow certain requirements:

• Bets must be placed on markets with odds of 2.0 (1/1) or greater on Betfair.
• Only cash stakes will count towards qualification. Bonus funds, free bets and any other promotional funds used to place bets will not be counted.
• Cashed out bets will also not be counted.
• Withdrawals may affect your promotion. Remember that while you have a pending withdrawal, any bets placed will not count towards qualification

One of my bets was void. Does this count?

• For bet builders, a void selection will result in the whole bet being made void and will therefore not count towards your staking requirements.
• If bet selection(s) in your accumulator result in the price or accumulative price dropping below evens, the bet will no longer be classed as a qualifying bet and you will need to place an additional one.
• If bet selection(s) in your accumulator result in the price or accumulative price remaining above evens, then it will still count towards your staking requirements.

What happens if I don't meet the staking criteria?

• If you don't stake the required amount across the week by 23:59 (UTC) Sunday, you will not qualify for Club Betfair and will not earn a weekly reward.
• You will, however, remain opted into Club Betfair.

Do I have to stake the full amount all in one go?

• No, you can spend in any increment that you wish.

How do I track my progress?

• You can always track your progress on the Club Betfair page once you have chosen a weekly reward.

You can also see your progress in the bet receipt, with the tracker updating once you have placed your bet. The tracker will also tell you how much you have spent towards your chosen weekly reward.

I've staked the required amount; how do I know if I have qualified?

• The tracker, which you can find on the Club Betfair page or in the bet receipt, will update to reflect your progress.
• Remember, if you cash out any bets that contributed to your progress, they will no longer count and you may no longer qualify. The same applies to voided bets.

Do I need to opt back in to Club Betfair every week?

• No, you will remain in the club until you either opt out or become ineligible.

Weekly Reward

How do I choose my weekly reward?

• Head to the Club Betfair page and make sure you've joined the club.
• Click ''Choose your weekly reward'' and browse the rewards that are on offer for that week.
• Tap ''Choose this reward'' on the one you'd like to earn, and you will be taken back to the main Club Betfair page, where you will see your chosen reward and how you are tracking towards qualification.

If I do choose a reward, can I change my mind?

• Yes, you can change your weekly reward until 23:59 (UTC) on Sunday.

Do I lose my staking progress if I change my mind? 

• No, any eligible bets placed between 00:00 Monday and 23:59 (UTC) Sunday will count towards qualification.
• However, you will need to remain opted in to Club Betfair during this period to remain eligible for your weekly reward.

What happens if I don't choose a weekly reward?

• If you don't choose a weekly reward by 23:59 (UTC) Sunday but remain opted in, and have met the staking requirements, we will automatically credit you with the default reward.

I've qualified, when do I get my weekly reward?

• All weekly rewards are credited by 7pm (UTC) Monday.

How long will my reward be valid for?

• All weekly rewards are subject to a 7 day expiry.

How does coordinated universal time (UTC) affect qualification & rewards?

1. Start of qualification period:

• During CET (Winter) qualification begins at 01:00 on Monday
• During CEST (Summer) qualification begins at 02:00 on Monday

2. End of qualification period:

• During CET (Winter) qualification ends at 00:59 on Monday
• During CEST (Summer) qualification ends at 01:59 on Monday

3. Crediting of rewards:

• During CET (Winter) rewards are credited by 20:00 on Monday
• During CEST (Summer) rewards are credited by 21:00 on Monday

 

Loyalty Club Opt-Out Policy

• If a customer chooses to opt out of the Loyalty Club at any point during a weekly cycle, they will forfeit eligibility for any rewards associated with that cycle. Rewards are only available to customers who remain opted in for the full duration of the weekly cycle. No retrospective rewards will be granted once a customer has opted out.

Why am I not eligible for Club Betfair?

• There may be a number of different reasons for ineligibility, including:

Self-Exclusion or Cool Off

• As a responsible operator, any customers currently in a Self Exclusion or Cool Off period will be deemed ineligible for the Club Betfair or other offers.

Betting Behaviour

• The spirit of the Club Betfair and other promotional offers are intended to reward loyal customers for choosing to bet with Betfair. On occasion, reviews by our trading team may highlight accounts which require tighter liability management. Unfortunately, these accounts will not be permitted to participate in the offers.
  Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions - or engage in activity that is against the spirit of the promotions - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers.

Fraudulent Behaviour

• Any account that is deemed to be directly involved in fraudulent activities, or related to other accounts that have been involved, will be excluded from the Club Betfair and other offers. In addition, any such accounts will be subject to our Fraud policies, outlined in our Betfair general terms & conditions.
