Safer Gambling categorization groups – Royal Decree 176/2023
From September 13, 2023, we are introducing two new categorization groups to monitor and help potentially vulnerable players: Intensive gambling behavior group and Risky gambling behavior group. This new categorization system will be implemented in compliance with the Royal Decree 176/2023.
